MUSCLE TESTING - (Applied Kinesiology)

Kinesiology is the study of the principles of mechanics and anatomy related to human body movement, specifically the action of individual muscles or groups of muscles that perform specific movements. Applied kinesiology involves muscle testing to assess a client's condition; to determine which muscles are weak or strong.

When weak muscles are determined, a variety of methods are used as part of a muscle strengthening program. Some of the techniques used are finger pressure on neurovascular holding points on the head, and pressure on the neurolymphatic massage points on the body.
